As you might know, the Willamette Valley is Pinot Country, and our 2023 Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir captures all the greatness of the region. This pinot noir combines fruit from two of Yamhill-Carlton’s top vineyards. Wayward Oak Vineyard brings brooding dark fruit and structure while Stardance Vineyard way out in the coast range brings mineral-tinged red fruit. The palate is bright and fresh with fresh red plum and cherry, leading to a long, spicy finish. Don’t just ring this out on special occasions, this wine is meant to be enjoyed on any day of the week. The finish is just so good!
