Stardance Vineyard
Stardance is a special vineyard. Planted in 2003, it is a standout in the region as one of the few sites with volcanic soil in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Farmed organically by the well-respected Jorge Chavez, the vines produce some of the best fruit in the entire Willamette Valley. We did not use new oak, so the palate is a pure expression of Pinot Noir: silky with fresh berries and intricate spice leading to a long, balanced, mineral finish. We are super proud of this wine – this is one to bring out when you want to reward yourself or impress some friends!
