We have a secret to share…rosé is not just for summer. Rosé comes in all shades of pink, it can be sweet and it can be savory. One of the most famous rosé regions in the world is called Tavel, in the south of France. Everyone from King Louis XIV to Ernest Hemingway has been a fan. Tavel’s rosés are often a deep pink, almost red, and oh so good with a winter stew (seriously!). Our rosé was inspired by Tavel, and while it is lighter, it is just as versatile. The pinot noir grapes are from the Timbale and Thyme Vineyard in Willamette Valley’s Carlton-Yamhill AVA (American Viticulture Area, which is how winegrowing regions with the same characteristics are designated in the US). We hope you will try our rosé in all four seasons, with food and without, and decide for yourself how you enjoy it best.
